This program is a little helpful tool for webmasters who want to simplify or completely abandon the boring work with menu items.

The newest version, WinToHTML-M, creates multiligual sites like this one.

The WinToHTML treemenu generator can be considered a kind of simple Content Management System.
It creates pages with correctly hyperlinked left menus, optionally with headers, footers and sitemaps.
To fill the pages with content you may use any HTML Editor.

The greatest difference to other Content Management System tools is that you don't need to install any software on your computer, because WinToHTML uses Windows' file managing efficiency.

Tested under Windows 2000 and Windows XP.
