Security setting in Internet Explorer: safe and not safe Active Scripting have to be set to "allow" or "prompt".
If it is set to "disable", the Log Browser doesn't work because it makes use of ActiveX objects WintHttp.WinHttpRequest and Scripting.Filesystem to read the data.
If you want to leave the "disable" setting on, it is still possible to use the Log Browser by opening the logfile from your local computer.
If you are connected to Internet via a proxy server, you should know the proxy server's IP. If you don't know the IP, it is still possible to use the Log Browser for reading local data.
Log Browser can only process text data, so you have to unzip your logfiles.
